l’aura and Danny Carroll will be playing a mixture of grand piano, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls,
melody drum, vocal sounds, flute, electronic piano and soundscapes. There will be a small amount of
guided meditation with longer spaces of musical sound bath and healing intentions.

Please arrive with enough time to find your place and settle before the meditation begins.
Bring whatever you need to be comfortable for lying down or sitting.
Suggestions: Mat, blanket, pillow or cushion, water bottle.
